Cancellation Policy

1. Single Rounds & Concierge Bookings

Cancellation charges are based on our concierge service fee and apply as follows, calculated from the scheduled date of play:

• 14 days or more before play: Free cancellation. Any deposit is refunded in full.
• 7 to 13 days before play: 50% of the concierge fee is retained.
• Within 7 days, or no-show: 100% of the concierge fee is charged.

2. Green Fees (Pay-After-Golf)

In line with standard Japanese golf practice, green fees and on-course extras (meals, locker, range balls) are settled directly at the course on the day of play. They are not prepaid. For bookings made within 7 days of play, we may place a temporary card pre-authorization to confirm your commitment; this is released or adjusted according to attendance and is not charged if you play.

3. Multi-Day Tours & Packages

• A deposit of 20–30% is required to confirm the booking.
• The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: the deposit is retained; the balance, if paid, is refunded.
• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: charges are assessed individually based on non-recoverable costs already committed (accommodation, transport, course bookings) and confirmed in writing.

4. Weather & Course Closures

If a course closes for safety reasons (severe weather, course conditions) and we cannot arrange a comparable alternative, you receive a full refund of amounts paid to us, or free rebooking to another date. Green fees are not charged for rounds that do not take place.

5. Changes by the Course

Tee times and availability are ultimately controlled by each golf course. If a course changes or cancels a confirmed booking, we will propose alternatives or cancel cleanly with a full refund of amounts paid to us. You never need to contact the course yourself.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel or amend a booking, contact us via our inquiry form or WhatsApp. The cancellation time is recorded when we receive your request.
