1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the golf concierge and booking arrangement services provided by Elite Golf Japan, a service operated by Elite Golf & Culture Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By submitting a booking request or making a payment, you ("the client") agree to these Terms.

2. Our Role

We arrange tee times, concierge services and related experiences at golf courses and third-party providers in Japan on your behalf. Actual play, course access and on-site services are provided by the relevant golf course and providers, subject to their own rules and conditions.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Tee times and availability are controlled by the courses and may change; if a confirmed booking is altered by a course, we will propose alternatives or cancel with a refund of amounts paid to us.

4. Fees & Payment

• Concierge fee: 15% of green fees, minimum ¥8,000, unless otherwise quoted.
• Green fees follow Japan's pay-after-golf system and are settled directly at the course on the day of play.
• Deposits: Multi-day tours and packages require a deposit of 20–30% to confirm, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
• Card pre-authorization: For bookings within 7 days of play, we may place a temporary hold on your card to confirm commitment. The hold is released or adjusted based on attendance and is not charged if you play.
• Saved payment methods: By confirming a booking you authorize us to charge applicable fees (including no-show fees and outstanding balances) to your provided payment method in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices may be displayed in USD, GBP or AUD for convenience; settlement currency is Japanese Yen (JPY) and your card issuer's exchange rate applies.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Course Etiquette & Dress Code

Japanese golf courses enforce dress codes and etiquette (collared shirts, no denim, soft-spike shoes, clubhouse attire). Clients must comply with each course's rules. Courses may refuse play for non-compliance, in which case fees are non-refundable.

7. Liability

We act as an arranger and are not liable for the acts, omissions or service quality of independent golf courses, accommodation, transport or other third-party providers. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the concierge fees we received for that booking. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Clients are responsible for their own travel insurance, health and fitness to play.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of our head office.
