Hokkaido, Japan
Bibai, in Hokkaido, is a 27-hole championship complex designed by Pete and Perry Dye in a Scottish-American style. Across the East, Central and West nines the layout runs to 10,598 yards, weaving in seven lakes, bold fairway undulation and heavily contoured greens guarded by bunkers, so a half-hearted shot is rarely forgiven. The signature island green on the 8th of the East course is pure Dye. The longest championship tees stretch to 7,185 yards, and the club has hosted the LPGA Golf5 Ladies six times.
