Fujimi Takahara Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-72 highland course in Fujimi, Suwa District, Nagano Prefecture. Designed by Hiroshi Umezawa, the course opened in 1974 and plays to a total yardage of 7,012 yards, with the back tees measuring 6,586 yards. The routing sits on highland terrain typical of the Fujimi area, at the foot of the Yatsugatake mountains region of Nagano. Drivers can reach the club from the Suwa-minami interchange on the Chuo Expressway, about 15 minutes away, or from the Kobuchizawa interchange, roughly 8 minutes from the course. The course uses GPS auto-driving carts, letting golfers move around the layout without manual cart operation. Opened in the mid-1970s and unchanged in its single-course format since, Fujimi Takahara gives visitors a highland test with two expressway access points, making it a workable stop for golfers touring the Nagano-Yamanashi border area.
