Fujinomiya Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 hilly course in Nonaka, Fujinomiya, Shizuoka, designed by Torakichi Nakamura. The course measures 6,729 yards from the back tees, one of the longer layouts in the region. Caddy service is optional, and play uses quiet carts equipped with GPS distance displays. The nearest station is Fujinomiya Station on the JR Minobu Line, about a 10-minute, 3-kilometer taxi ride from the club. By car, the course is reachable from three expressway interchanges: Tomei Fuji IC (about 15km), Shin-Tomei Shin-Fuji IC (about 10km), and Tomei Fujikawa Smart IC (about 9km). Set on hilly ground near the base of Mt. Fuji, the course was shaped by a course architect with strong ties to Japanese golf, and the hilly routing over nearly 6,730 yards makes club selection and shot placement a consistent test through the round.
