Harmony Hills Golf Club, part of the PGM group, is an 18-hole, par-72 hilly course in Tsuga-machi, Tochigi City, Tochigi Prefecture. Designed by Mark F. Reysert, the course opened in 1998 and plays to 6,470 yards from the regular tees, with a back-tee yardage of 6,379 yards. Optional caddy service is available, and players move around the course in riding remote-control carts. A bath facility is on site for post-round use. The course sits roughly 25 minutes by car from Tochigi Station on the Tobu Nikko Line and JR Ryomo Line, and about 8 kilometers from the Tochigi Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, making it accessible for a day trip from Tokyo. The hilly terrain and 1998 design place Harmony Hills among the late-1990s generation of Tochigi hill courses, and its combination of optional caddy service and remote-control carts gives players a choice of pace when playing the round.
