Ibaraki Country Club is a 36-hole, hilly-terrain club in Ibaraki, Osaka Prefecture, founded in 1923. It comprises two 18-hole courses. The East Course was originally laid out in 1925, then remodeled by C.H. Alison in 1931 and again by Seiichi Inoue in 1961. The West Course was designed by Seiichi Inoue in 1961 and later remodeled by Rees Jones in 2011. Green fees start from 30,740 yen on weekdays and 35,140 yen on weekends. The club is reached from JR Kyoto Line's Ibaraki Station, which runs a shuttle bus from its east exit, or by car via the Meishin Expressway's Ibaraki interchange. With nearly a century of continuous redesign by a succession of architects, Ibaraki Country Club is one of the older clubs in the Kansai region, and its two courses reflect several distinct eras of Japanese golf course design layered onto the original hilly routing.
