Iruma Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 hilly course in Ogose, Iruma District, Saitama Prefecture, designed by Nihon Ryokka Doboku and opened in 1977. It is one of two courses at the club. The layout measures 6,216 yards from the regular tees and 6,700 yards from the back tees. A club bus runs from Sakado Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, roughly a 60-minute express train ride from central Tokyo, and drivers can reach the course from the Kan-etsu Expressway's Tsurugashima Interchange in about 25 minutes. Carts on the course are cooler-box equipped, and golfers can unwind afterward in the club's onsen bath. Between its 1977 opening and its back-tee yardage of 6,700, the course offers a longer, more established test than some of its Saitama-area neighbors.
