A 36-hole complex spanning the Taiheiyo, Danryu, and championship Kuroshio courses, it is one of only 16 JGTO-certified TOUR CHAMPIONS CLUB venues in Japan and has hosted the Casio World Open on the men's professional tour. Set at 1,150 meters on the southern foothills of the Yatsugatake mountains in Yamanashi, Kobuchisawa Country Club is a highland woodland course where the fairways are framed by native white birch and larch. Despite the elevation, the layout stays remarkably flat, with an orthodox, low-blind design by pioneer professional Kokichi Yasuda that rewards strategy over power.
