Designed by architect Robert von Hagge and opened in 2000, the course plays to 6,917 yards from the back tees. Green fees start from 8,900 yen on weekdays and 12,200 yen on weekends. The course is about 20 minutes by taxi from Shin-Yamaguchi Station on the JR Sanyo Shinkansen line, and roughly 3 kilometers from the Ajisu interchange on the Yamaguchi Ube Road. As at the other Ube 72 courses, there is no caddy service, and riding carts are available for golfers who hold a valid driver's license. Being one of four courses on the same property, Ebatai can be paired with a second round during a single visit to Ube 72 Country Club.
