Yomiuri Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course in Nishinomiya, Hyogo, that opened in 1961. The original design was by Osamu Ueda, and the course underwent a renovation in 2008 supervised by Yoichi Nagato and Norio Suzuki. The layout plays 6,419 yards from the regular tees and extends to 6,831 yards from the back tees, set across hilly terrain. The club offers a free shuttle wagon from Nishinomiyana Station on the JR Fukuchiyama Line, and is also reachable by car from Nishinomiya-kita Interchange on the Chugoku Expressway in about 20 minutes, or from Takarazuka Interchange in about 30 minutes. Opened in the early 1960s and updated nearly five decades later, the course combines an older routing with more recent revisions. Its location in the hills above Nishinomiya places it within reach of both the Osaka and Kobe areas via the expressway network and the JR rail line.
