What happens if rain cancels a golf round in Japan?

If severe weather is forecast, we decide by 8 p.m. JST the evening before and offer an alternative course or a new date, with no booking fee charged for the change. If the course closes for severe weather or a natural disaster, you receive a full refund of the amount paid to us, or free rebooking.

Whether a round goes ahead is decided by the course. The weather exemption applies when a course closes for severe weather, a natural disaster, or other force majeure. If the course stays open and you decide not to play, the normal cancellation terms apply: cancelling 10 or more days before play is free, and inside 10 days the booking fee is non-refundable and the course may charge its own fee. Full terms are on our cancellation policy page.

Choose your course, date, and group size, then send a request. Our English-speaking team confirms your tee time within 12 business hours (JST 9:00–18:00) and handles rental clubs and caddies. The booking fee is charged only once it's secured, and transfers and an English-speaking host are available on request.
